Rent the St. Helena Community Building for your next event! Security deposit is required and must be paid in cash. Hall Rental can be paid through paypal or by cash. If paying via paypal, be sure to include your full name and what room you've rented. An additional $5 will be charged to cover transaction fees.
You must confirm your reservation with St. Helena Community Building volunteers before paying.
Rental Options
The St. Helena Community Center is a place where memories are made!
Hall rental includes 4 hours of use, plus 1.5 hours of set up prior to your event and 1 hour of clean up. $100 Security deposit required. After your party is over and you have cleaned the hall up the way you found it and nothing is broken or missing you get the $100 deposit back.
If you would like a longer event you can purchase additional hours.
You get full use of the kitchen during your party.
Note: we only rent one room a day, never two parties at the same time.
Hours of rental
Saturday: any 4 hours starting at 12 noon up to 6 pm to 10 pm
Sunday: any 4 hours starting at 12 noon up to 4 pm to 8 pm
The St. Helena Community Center is closed every year during the months July and August. We reopen the Saturday after Labor Day.
You must meet in person to do a contract so we can collect the $100 deposit. This is by appointment only. All money is due in full at least 30 days prior to event date.
